Similarities

In the Summer of the Monkey’s book they did not have that many simulaties. But I am going to tell you about them. One of them is that the farm looked to be like it was in the book. The movie explained Grandfather every well, just how I imagined him. Another thing was that the general store was well explained with all of the stuff from the 1800’s. It seemed like it was a store back in the 1800’s Disney did a good job on that.

 

Definces  

In my opinion the movie was not the best. One of the worst things in the movie was that their were only 4 monkeys. In the book there were 29 monkeys. I understand that it would be really hard to have twenty nine monkeys under control.There was also Mr. Hatcher. There is not a person in the book that even helps describe him. In the movie there was no sign of a bluetick hound or even a .22 or a pony. In the book that is the second thing that he wanted. Also another thing is that they did not show Daisy going to the doctor. Disney could have done a lot better of a movie.

 

Opinion

My opinion is that the movie was not the best. If I did not read the book it would be a very good movie. Most movies about books do not follow them that much but this one really did not. I wish they could have had a bluetick hound and a pony. I would like to see a .22 but this is supposed to be a children’s movie.  When he was out by the farmyard there were multiple cows and they only had Sally Gooden. Also the monkeys they had 4 monkeys. In the book they had 29. They did a good job with the barn because that’s just about what I imagined it.
